Lunch time is yoga time. Use your lunch break to practice yoga with me. Or wake up in the US or Canada and start the day with me.
We practice Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga where all exercises flow from one into another so that you get the feeling of „meditation in motion“. We will do physical excercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. The focus of this course is on moving your body and relaxation. You will achieve serenity in your everyday life. Physical and emotional tension is released, stress is reduced and prevented.
All levels are welcome in this course, from absolute beginners to long-time yoga practitioners. Flexibility, physical fitness and strength are not a prerequisite for participation in this course, but they are goals.

Due to the many public holidays in spring in Germany, this course is a short course and not a prevention course. The next English prevention course starts in June.
